Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. All shipments include tracking.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time, but are working on expanding our shipping zones.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
