Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase from Paw Party. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Free Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason — no questions asked. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging where possible
Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@pawpartypets.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours (business days).
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Email us and we'll organise it for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.
